At Relatable, we want you to love what you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as your favorite outfit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, secure the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
